This is a custom source-available license. It is not an OSI-approved open source license.

This license is governed by the applicable laws of Czech Republic.

  1. Permission to use and modify

    You may use, copy, modify and build upon this datapack and its assets ("the Datapack") free of charge as long as the following conditions are met.

  2. Distribution

    1. Only the Author may distribute the Datapack as a standalone download in its unmodified form. The only exception are those, specified under 2.b and 2.c
    2. You may include an unmodified version of the Datapack inside a map, world, modpack or server pack provided that:
      • the Datapack is part of the larger work and not the main thing being offered for download,
      • the copy keeps this license file and the copyright notice, and
      • the download page or description links to the Author's original download.
    3. You may distribute a modified version only if it contains a significant modification. A modification is significant if it adds or changes gameplay
      features or functionality. Renaming, reformatting, repackaging, or editing text, version numbers or other trivial elements does not count. Modified versions must:
      • include a changelog describing what was changed as well as a proper attribution to the original,
      • keep the original copyright notice and be published under the same license as the original,
      • be free to download and use (see section 4 for more details), and
      • clearly state that they are modified (e.g. a fork) and not the original.
    4. Anyone who receives a modified version must be able to read and modify its source code and any attached assets (the datapack's functions, JSON files, texture files,
      3D models, and other contents). You may not take any measure to prevent this (obfuscation or encryption).

  3. Attribution

    If you show or use the Datapack in any content (for instance, publicly available videos, live streams, maps, shared screenshots, or other creative works), you must include a link
    to the original download in the description, credits, or relevant metadata. Proper credit to the original author by name (zahadneokurkycz) is appreciated.

  4. Commercial Use

    1. You may monetize content made using the Datapack, including videos available on video hosting sites (including YouTube.com or similar), live streams, maps and similar works,
      and you may accept ad revenue, voluntary donations and memberships for such content. A map or a modpack that includes the Datapack, or a modified version of it, may be sold if the Datapack is not the main product
      provided, that the modified version remains separately available free of charge under this license.
    2. You may install and use the Datapack on a server, public or private, including a server that earns revenue from selling virtual merchandise such as ranks, cosmetics, items or voluntary donations
      as long as access to the Datapack itself is not what is being sold or locked and the revenue source does not break Minecraft's EULA.
    3. Except as allowed in 4.a for maps and modpacks, you may not sell the Datapack, access to it nor place it or any modified versions behind a paywall, paid early access, subscription, or any other
      paid or exclusive access.

  5. Termination

    In case you break this license's terms, your permission to use, modify and distribute (if applicable) of the Datapack in any shape or form will be revoked automatically. It is reinstated in case you
    fix the violation within 30 days of becoming aware of it. Anyone who received the Datapack from you in good faith, and who complies with this license, keeps their permission.

  6. Disclaimer

    The Datapack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Author is not liable for any kind of damage, data loss, or other harm arising from its use.

  7. Minecraft EULA Compliance

    This license is subject to and must comply with Minecraft's EULA.
    The Datapack is not an official Minecraft prodact and is not approved or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
